New book pulling out systemThis system is designed to gently drive the signatures after the sewing cycle.
Signature locking system
The mobile saddle is equipped with a precise signature locking system. This system holds the signatures down on the saddle and assures the exact centering of the stitches on the spine, preventing signature rolling.
Color Touch Screen
The operator interface consists of a 10 ” color Touch Screen, centrally positioned, to allow easy access to the book program and machine operating parameters.
Full process visibility
Thanks to a wide front window it is possible to get a full visibility of the whole sewing process.
Compact design
A very compact design enables an easy unloading of the sewn book blocks on the machine delivery table.
